The Wonder of Play

Disney’s The Wonder of Play draws on Disney's 100 years of wonder to inspire families to play together every day and create new experiences.

New research by Disney reveals play has a massive impact on kids from building resilience and creativity to problem-solving skills, and that parents are playing with their children every day to help encourage a bright future and career prospects.

The Wonder of Play brings together multiple contributors including The Institute of Imagination, TV personality Billie Shepherd, artist Coco Lom and Disney Stage Masters Ben and Jen – all with the aim of calling for adults and children aged 2-8yrs old to have more shared imaginative play.

A series of how-to videos inspired by the stories and characters of Disney, Pixar, Disney Princess, Star Wars™ and MARVEL will be available on Disney Junior YouTube and @DisneyFamilyUK on Instagram to help provide parents with further inspiration.

The campaign includes a vast array of Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and MARVEL products, toys and costumes from Mattel, LEGO, Hasbro, Jakks, Disguise, Rubies, Just Play, Ravensburger, Blue Marble and Simba. Full product details are available HERE.
