“Toy Story 5” releases in cinema on Friday 19th June, with exclusive previews on 18th June

LONDON, UK (Sunday 14th June): UK voice talent Jordan North and Sian Welby - who lend their voices to the Garden Gnome and Inflatable Flamingo in the UK version of “Toy Story 5” - attended the UK Gala Screening today at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square.
The special event was also attended by celebrity guests including Myleene Klass, Joel Dommett, Hugo Taylor, Anna Williamson, Ashley James, Leigh Francis, Cara and Fred De La Hoyde, Nadiya Bychkova, Claire Sweeney, Harley Alexander-Sule (Rizzel Kicks), Vanessa Feltz, Neil Jones and Chyna Mills.
Disney worked in collaboration with Capital Radio on a Toy Story 5 performance that featured originally at Capital Summertime Ball on Saturday 6th June as part of the pre-screening warm up.
In the fifth instalment from the award-winning “Toy Story” franchise the toys are back, and this time, it’s Toy meets Tech. Woody (voice of Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (voice of Tim Allen), Jessie (voice of Joan Cusack) and the rest of the gang's jobs are challenged when they come face-to-face with Lilypad (voice of Greta Lee), a brand-new tablet device that arrives with her own disruptive ideas about what is best for their kid, Bonnie. Will playtime ever be the same?
“Toy Story 5” is directed by Academy Award® winner Andrew Stanton, co-directed by Kenna Harris, produced by Lindsey Collins and features an original score by Oscar® winner Randy Newman, who returns to score his fifth “Toy Story” feature.
The film releases exclusively in cinemas June 19, 2026 with exclusive previews from June 18, 2026.
