LONDON, U.K. (September 5, 2024) – Today, Disney+ announced that the hit Emmy®-Award winning comedy series “Only Murders in the Building” which hails from 20th Television, has been renewed for a fifth season consisting of ten episodes. “Only Murders in the Building” season four is currently streaming on Disney+, with new episodes every Tuesday.
Season four features the shows starriest cast yet, including the return of multi-Oscar®/Emmy® winner Meryl Streep and Eugene Levy, Zach Galifianakis, Eva Longoria, Richard Kind, Melissa McCarthy, Kumail Nanjiani and Molly Shannon. They join stars Steve Martin, Martin Short, Selena Gomez and Michael Cyril Creighton.
“Only Murders in the Building” hails from co-creators and writers Steve Martin and John Hoffman (“Grace & Frankie,” “Looking”). Season four executive producers include John Hoffman, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Selena Gomez, Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal. The series has been consistently well-received by critics and season four is Certified Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes at 97%. Season three garnered 21 Emmy® nominations, the show’s highest number of Emmy® nominations to date.
