LONDON, UK (September 18, 2025) - Disney+ has today released the official trailer for its latest Original production “Sneaker Wars: Adidas V Puma”, launching on the platform on 24th September 2025 in the UK and Ireland.
With exclusive access to two of the biggest brands in the world, "Sneaker Wars: Adidas V Puma", offers an unprecedented, behind-the-scenes look into the fierce, decades-long rivalry between two global sportswear giants, born from a family feud. Brothers Adi and Rudi Dassler founded Adidas and Puma, turning their personal conflict into a battle for dominance in the athletic world.
Featuring top athletes, ‘sneakerhead’ experts, and brand insiders including David Beckham, Usain Bolt, Neymar and more, the series charts the origins of the Dassler split, their innovative contributions to sports culture, the defining moments in the global fashion industry, and the ongoing legacy of two brothers whose rivalry changed the game forever.
The three-part documentary series is from Emmy-nominated Matador Content, and the Emmy award-winning Studio 99.
